美中广东商会(USCGCC)于2008年8月28日在美国注册成立，主要是由在美国的广东工商企业组成的非盈利、非政治性的民间团体。，其主要宗旨是：作为中美之间的友好桥梁和相互交流的一个平台, 团结美中企业家及各界友好人士，共同促进美国和中国广东省以及中国其他各地的相互了解和友好往来, 发展双向贸易, 扩大经济技术合作, 推动文化和教育交流, 达到“发展美中市场, 繁荣美中经济” 的双赢目的.   美中广东商会的口号是：“发展美中市场, 繁荣美中经济.” Our Slogan: “Develop US-China market, Prosper US-China economy”     美中广东商会的主要任务是：为美国与中国广东省的公司、企业以及中国其他各地公司、企业进行相互交流, 相互了解经济发展情况, 了解两国之间的有关经济贸易方面不断发展的政策、规定、法规和法律, 更好的遵法守法来发展业务合作等提供各种便利的服务。同时，进一步加强与美国当地政府部门和工商界的联系沟通，增进在美国从事商业、贸易、实业及各种相关经贸活动和相关专业服务的工商界人士间的合作、交流及友谊，促进中美两国间的经贸交流、开展务实合作，扩大影响力。此外，加强会员之间的互动能力, 增强凝聚力，分享会员之间的工作经验, 促进相互事业的发展和成功。   美中广东商会 (USCGCC)还同时协助国内各级政府、企业来美招商，提供商务咨询，并以服务会员为宗旨，介绍客户，举办各类专题讲座，使会员熟悉美国法规，掌握市场动态，抓住投资及贸易商机，为会员获取商务工作签证，提供指导与帮助。同时，积极为中国各省市开拓海外市场，招商引资穿针引线，发挥桥梁作用，提供一系列相关的指导和服务。 Brief Introduction US-China Guangdong Chamber of Commerce (USCGCC) was registered in US on 28 August, 2008. It is a non-profit, non-governmental civil organization comprising of Guangdong industrial and commercial enterprises in US. The main tenets are as follows: Acting as the friendship bridge and communication platform between China and US; Uniting businessmen and friends from all circles within two countries; Promoting the mutual understanding and friendly exchange among US, Guangdong Province and other places in China; Developing two-way trade, enhancing economic and technological cooperation, advancing the exchange in culture and education; Achieving the win-win goal of  “Develop US-China market, Prosper US-China economy”.   Slogan of USCGCC: “Develop US-China market, Prosper US-China economy”   The main tasks of USCGCC are: 1.      Providing all kinds of convenient services to strengthen the exchanges between enterprises in US and those in Guangdong and other place in China, to enhance their knowledge of economy development in two countries and their comprehension of the changes in policies, regulations, codes and laws relating to economy and trade so as to better develop business cooperation abiding laws. 2.      Further enhancing the relation and communication with local government departments and business circles in US, promoting the cooperation, communication and friendship among the members in business circle engaging commerce, trade, industry, relative economic and trade activities and relative specialty service. 3.      Accelerating the economy and trade exchanges, expanding pragmatic cooperation and enlarging the influence. 4.      Strengthening the interactive capabilities and cohesion among members, sharing the working experience and facilitating the development and success with one another.   USCGCC also assists Chinese government of all levels and enterprises to attract investments from US and provides business consultation. With servicing members as its aim, USCGCC introduces clients for its members and holds all kinds of lectures and seminars to help members acquaint with laws and codes in US, command the market trends and seize the opportunities of investment and trade. USCGCC helps members acquire business working visas and provides guidance and help. At the same time, USCGCC actively helps all provinces and cities in China to open overseas markets and acts as a go-between to attract investments, exerting its bridge function to provide a series of relevant direction and service.
